We are a group of clinical psychologists, committed to supporting people through difficult times and to helping people gain new insights and skills. We have a special interest in working with kids, teens and young adults and this age group make up about 80% of our client groups.
Do you need support or counselling (or know someone who does)?
If so, click here on counselling to find out more about the psychological therapy and assessment we do, including information about who provides counselling, how much it costs, how it works, how we work with kids and families, where our offices are and how to make an appointment. In this section there is also information about exactly what a psychologist does (how they are different from psychiatrists) and you can read the four questions you should ask before seeing any counsellor or psychologist.
I learnt a lot. I learnt that I can change the choices I have made.

Do you want information and ideas about how to help, motivate and support a child/teen?
If so, you might like to go to our our articles and ideas page. Here there are a range of free articles about caring for young people (eg helping teens with sleeping problems). On this page, you can also sign up for our free e-newsletters which give regular advice about caring for young people. Everyone who signs up for the enewsletter automatically receives via email a free report on Six Ways to Help Students through Senior School. Sign up by clicking here.
Teachers: Do you want your students to know how to motivate themselves, manage stress and avoid social networking disasters? Or the parents at your school to learn about supporting and communicating with teens?
If so, click here on seminars to find out about the training and education we conduct in schools
and community organisations. We help teenagers with ideas about how to manage their time,
emotions, relationships, exam preparation and study life. We also help parents, health professionals, educators and youth workers know how to care for, work with and communicate with the next generation. We have spoken to more than 30,000 people in audiences Australia-wide. As well as these one page articles, we have more extensive resources for teens in senior school and their parents. If you want to purchase "The Years that Count" or another one of our products, visit the Products page.
Kirrilie’s presentation was a stunning exemplar of good teaching practices. She was vibrant, lively and articulate, giving excellent practical advice to the students and she had a sense of humour! She kept her audience captivated for the entire hour. Year 12 Co-ordinator, Siena College
