Information which might be useful for General Practitioners:

1. All the psychologists at Innovate Psychology and Education are clinical psychologists and eligible for the full Medicare rebate for clinical psychology services.

2. Our gap payments are approximately $45 for non health care card patients, and approximately $15 for health care card patients.

3. Our wait times vary from 1 to 4 weeks.

4. We see children, teenagers and adults.

5. We see clients at Aberfoyle Park (Kirrilie Smout, Taryn Gray and Penny Sih) and Wayville (Matthew Smout and Sonia Harrison).

6. Clients can make appointments with us directly by calling us on 8357 1711 or emailing us at info@innovateonline.net.  Please note that although GPs are welcome to send Mental Health Care Plans to us directly before we see a patient, we do not directly call these patients but instead always wait for them to call for an appointment themselves.  If we have received a Mental Health Care Plan and the patient doesn't call us within a number of weeks, we send a letter back to the GP to let them know.
