Overview of Speaking and Seminar Programs

Kirrilie Smout, Clinical Psychologist, Speaker and Author, and director of Innovate Psychology and Consulting knows young people. Using psychological research and over a decade of psychological counselling experience she has worked with over 15,000 young people about how to instill confidence in themselves and others, develop and pursue their dreams, overcome obstacles and reach out to people around them. She also speaks to adults about caring for, managing, understanding and believing in young Australians.

More specifically, Kirrilie has helped young Australians to: study more effectively, use time more efficiently, get along better with the teachers, peers and family, cope in difficult times manage stress, look forward to the future, learn job skills, communicate better with others, and many other skills.

Kirrilie also works with teachers, parents, health professionals and employers to have a better understanding of young people, to increase self esteem in young people, manage young people in the workplace, know how young people think, prevent distress in young people, and many other skills related to working with and communicating with young people.

Please note that all seminars and workshops conducted by Innovate Psychology are individually customised to each audience group. Pre-presentation research is carried out for presentations and the needs of audiences are met wherever possible. We will arrange to fit your requirements in terms of budget, time allocation and content.
