Who am I
People of all ages benefit from understanding themselves and others to a greater degree. Who Am I? Personality workshops provide this insight and information in a fun, fascinating and helpful way.The Who Am I? workshops use the most reliable and well-known of personality instruments, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, available for use only by registered psychologists and accredited trainers. Participants complete the questionnaire, are given information about how the test works, and are given their results on the spot.
Participants find out about:
How they interact with others and make decisions
Their preference for different kinds of situations and information
The differences between themselves and others
How they are needed by other people
The kinds of traits they have which other types might find frustrating
Their best qualities
The workshops are carefully designed so they are non-threatening, and so that they build up confidence and self-esteem. They are fun and usually generate a great deal of laughter. Who am I? Workshops have a high degree of interaction and audience participation.
They are ideal for teams who need to work together as they highlight the strengths and differences of the team individually and as a whole.
After Who Am I? workshops, people say:
“Fascinating stuff, I learnt heaps about myself”
“I have a better understanding of how I come across to others”
“Wish I’d done it years ago, explains a lot!”
“Fun, good level of audience participation”
Who am I? workshops are a minimum of two hours in length. Participants need to be at least 15 years old to take part in the workshop, and have basic literacy skills. In addition to the workshop fees, there is a cost of $4 per participant to cover the required Myers-Briggs materials for each person.
